Cable Machine / Resistance Band Handle Set
$29.99
100% secure checkout
Guaranteed safe
Cable Machine Use: Our handles are constructed of heavy duty nylon webbing and steel carabiners, giving each handle a load bearing capacity of 500lbs. This makes our handle set perfect for any commercial cable machine.
Resistance Band Use: Our larger steel carabiners allow you to use heavy duty bands that offer over 100lbs of resistance. The small metal rings used by all of our competitors will only fit small resistance bands that offer minimal resistance. Each handle set also comes with a door anchor for use with resistance bands.
Portable and Versatile: If you're short on time, on the road, or your gym is closed, fit a fully functional workout system in a single bag.
Heavy Duty Quality Materials: Steel Carabiners rated at 500lbs and durable nylon webbing will survive your punishing workouts. Textured grip is non-slip and much higher durability than the cheap foam handles.
Warranty: Just like with all of our products, we offer a 1 year, no-hassle warranty. If you have any issues, contact us and we will take care of you.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 87 reviews.
The handles are not necessary for using the bands, but I think they make a noticeable difference in two ways. The first way concerns using the bigger bands. The band will contract and squeeze your hand as you stretch the band. Doing multiple reps can become discomforting. The handles alleviate this squeeze and discomfort. The second is the handles can allow more distance with the stretch of the band. So, if your tall or you can only mount the band to something high, this might be an advantage to using the handles by shortening the distance of the stretch. The further you stretch them, the more weight resistance you achieve.
Love the grip on the handles. I use these in my gym everyday. They scream of toxic masculinity and keep the lib tik tok crowd away, saving me lots of precious workout time. I hope y'all will consider making camo tricep ropes as well.
Works great! I use them for a finishing pump after my regular routine
Great addition to the bands!
The handles are comfortable yet I’m concerned with the soft foam material and it’s longevity. I had to use a carabiner so that I could switch out bands. It would be a good idea to offer a set if handles with a carabiner or two.
I wanted to combine a little rehab with a home work out so I got the five pack of bands and the door handles. “Freaking awesome”. I started with the smallest band for shoulder flys and warmed up the triceps and biceps with the second band. I used the third and fourth bands for rows, dips, chest presses and some lat pull downs. The versatility of this work out tool is amazing. If I had any recommendations for Iron Infidel it would be to have a 5-15 pound band for some isolation and exhaustion exercises. This is a superior product. Thank you!
Great accessory to the bands!
I like that there are little larger the handles. Actually everything's a little larger quality made ! You get what you pay for...

Work great
Handles have great grip and are well made. I am betting these will last for years.
Love it!
These work great, and ours move to have bands and handles so I can workout on the road.
One of the handles broke on the first pull with only 42lbs on it absolutely terrible.
Great product
Very nice. Using bands and the attachment for chest flies.
Great product, high quality! Solid purchase
Excellent quality!!
Solid gear, feels heavy duty and able to last a lifetime
Handles and bands have been a blast to work with and I hope to use them for years and years.
Great bands and the handles are actually big enough to get a good grip with!
Outstanding
These handles are so much easier to use than the older model, and allow use of heavier bands as well. Very pleased!
Comfortable good quality
Hey Guys, I normally wouldn’t have left a review yet, but you guys were on top of it pretty quick. The only reason I give it four stars right now, is because I haven’t used it yet. I bought these to take hunting with me so I could get a good workout back at camp. After opening the package and giving the bands a good stretch, they’re definitely superior in quality and packaging from what I’ve used before. I’m super excited to try them out in a real workout! I’ll try to remember to update my review when I get back. Till then, talk to you guys after September!
Super high quality!
Awesome as expected. Great grips and great price. Gonna be using these a lot.
Good to go
Awesome quality and super fast shipping 10/10
Heavy Duty all the way, with comfortable grips and easy to use. They allow me to train much heavier than by hand alone. Highly recommend them and the bands too.
