The handles are not necessary for using the bands, but I think they make a noticeable difference in two ways. The first way concerns using the bigger bands. The band will contract and squeeze your hand as you stretch the band. Doing multiple reps can become discomforting. The handles alleviate this squeeze and discomfort. The second is the handles can allow more distance with the stretch of the band. So, if your tall or you can only mount the band to something high, this might be an advantage to using the handles by shortening the distance of the stretch. The further you stretch them, the more weight resistance you achieve.
Love the grip on the handles. I use these in my gym everyday. They scream of toxic masculinity and keep the lib tik tok crowd away, saving me lots of precious workout time. I hope y'all will consider making camo tricep ropes as well.

Great addition to the bands!
The handles are comfortable yet I’m concerned with the soft foam material and it’s longevity. I had to use a carabiner so that I could switch out bands. It would be a good idea to offer a set if handles with a carabiner or two.
I wanted to combine a little rehab with a home work out so I got the five pack of bands and the door handles. “Freaking awesome”. I started with the smallest band for shoulder flys and warmed up the triceps and biceps with the second band. I used the third and fourth bands for rows, dips, chest presses and some lat pull downs. The versatility of this work out tool is amazing. If I had any recommendations for Iron Infidel it would be to have a 5-15 pound band for some isolation and exhaustion exercises. This is a superior product. Thank you!

Comfortable good quality
Hey Guys, I normally wouldn’t have left a review yet, but you guys were on top of it pretty quick. The only reason I give it four stars right now, is because I haven’t used it yet. I bought these to take hunting with me so I could get a good workout back at camp. After opening the package and giving the bands a good stretch, they’re definitely superior in quality and packaging from what I’ve used before. I’m super excited to try them out in a real workout! I’ll try to remember to update my review when I get back. Till then, talk to you guys after September!
