These bands with handles are the perfect addition to my home gym, and add a whole new dimension to my back and tri workouts. I get a great pump each and every time without needing an expensive pulley system. This company also stands behind their products 100%, and that's rare these days. I first bought the 5-set band from this company in 2018, and the band I used the most finally snapped this year (2024). On average, I would say I used the bands 2-3 times a month for ~1 hour each time, 8/12 months out of the year, to give a rough idea of use. The new set of bands are also very solid, and time will tell how long they last, but I’m assuming at least the same amount of years and hopefully more since the technology improved. I will say I was disappointed about 2 things when I received the new bands. Unlike the ones I bought in 2018, this package did not come with mini-bands that hold each band together so they are not loose and tangled in the bag. The other part is I also thought I would receive another gym towel with my purchase but that wasn’t the case either. Those were a very nice added touch with the last time I ordered from this company, so it’s a shame they don’t include that anymore, especially the mini-bands. I had to buy mini-bands from Amazon because it is very annoying to have to deal with untangling for a minute or two each time I want to workout with this set. Therefore, quality and service are 5-stars but sad to see that despite the price increase from when I first purchased these ($50), you now get less in return.

The new bands are fantastic. The bands offer much more resistance than the 4 year old Iron infidel bands I was previously using.

Love the product and the stand behind it. The influence and capabilities of improvement it gives. Unfortunately this is a replacement as my last band did not last 2 year but obviously do find it worth buying a second exact replacement.

These bands have helped with my rehab. Keeping in shape when I wasn't able to do other exercises. I have the first gen also. Both types of bands have been great. I highly recommend them for anyone at any level.

I have tried several different bands and Iron Infidel are the best by far

I became an Iron Infidel (I.I.) customer three years ago because as a professional grappler I swear by resistance bands as a training tool. I am notorious for breaking bands, but my Iron Infidel set lasted a full three years. Recently, my bands started to snap and I reached out to I.I. just to let them know. I was received well by customer service, and it was explained to me that usage over time and heat eventually affect the integrity of the rubber. I was informed of the new 3-layer technology and offered a discount if I wanted to make another purchase. I didn't need the discount to help me make my decision. The product is superior. I'll I got to say is wow. Purchased these for at home use to supplement the gym when I can't get there due to my work schedule. I must say, these are no joke. Very strong, good quality, look good and I was left feeling like I went to the gym. Definitely got a good pump using them. I also purchased a door anchor and the 2 handle/door anchor combo kit. All extremely good quality. Definitely got a good workout from them and the resistance was very good.

Love this, and I wish it had exercises that showed you what to do for each body part. That wold be the best. Just trying to figure out what and how to use them is the hardest part. But will figure it out.

These are top quality bands and will last through rigorous use, and the customer service is top tier! I have been involved in combat sports and fitness for 30 plus years. That being said, I never used bands before because I believed them to be gimmicky. Well, I stand corrected! These bands are absolutely amazing and have provided some of the best resistance workouts I have had. I couldn’t not be more pleased with my purchase!

The bands are excellent for achieving muscle fatigue at the end of weighted sets. The bands are amazing at isolating a particular muscle because you are able to change angles with ease. I have just had workouts with only the bands and achieved the same pump and burn from weights. After using the bands the first time, I bought four more sets as gifts.

Fantastic quality, bought a second set for the office

I have tried other bands and these are the best I have come across. I use them almost every day for rehab and strength training. Pretty much given up on weight training because these feel better on my joints and I get a better stretch. Great product.
